Short version: I ask only for what I need to answer your request and do the job. Your data isn’t sold or used for ads.

Who handles your data

Evgen, who runs Base Detailing in Bucharest. You can reach me at +40 733 621 732 (phone, WhatsApp, Viber) or on Telegram at @Base_detailing1.

What I collect

From the form: your first name, phone number, car, car class, the services you picked, where you want the reply, your Telegram username if you give it, and your comment. I also save the site language, the page you sent it from and the version of this notice.

I don’t ask for your surname, email or address.

To stop spam, the server doesn’t keep your IP address. It keeps a code made from the address and a random key that changes every day. Each key is deleted within 48 hours. The code is removed from your request and from the spam counter after 48 hours. After that, your request can’t be linked back to your IP address.

Before you send anything, your browser remembers the class and services you picked in this tab, so the form fills itself in. That stays on your device.

The site has no analytics and no advertising cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and to do the work you ask for: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request.

To keep client records for the retention period below and to block spam: my legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Who else sees it

Supabase stores the database on servers in the EU (Frankfurt).

Cloudflare hosts the site and carries the traffic.

Telegram sends me a notification about a new request. It contains only the car, class, services and reply channel, plus a link to my booking system. No name and no phone number.

How long I keep it

Spam: deleted after 30 days.

Requests that don’t turn into a job: anonymised after 12 months.

Clients: anonymised 3 years after the last job.

The code made from your IP address, and the daily key behind it: 48 hours at most. The change log of my booking system: 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask what I have about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it, limit it, or give you a copy. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write or call me using the contacts above.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
